A companion for every resident. A record for every activity.
Keep Company+ licenses put a warm, talking buddy on the iPad by the chair — conversation, stories, games, music and photos — and give families their own portal. Your activities team gets engagement documentation without adding a shift.
Not medical. Not a nurse-call system.
Keep Company+ does not diagnose or treat anything, does not monitor for emergencies, and does not replace staff, the call button, or 911. It is companionship and activities software with a documentation aid attached.
What you sell
A facility license: companion software seats for residents on iPads the community already has, plus family portal access and the activities engagement log. Software only — no robot, no hardware contract, no installation crew.
Real conversation, all day
Buddy talks with residents in natural voice — no forms, no menus to learn. It remembers what they tell it and brings it back later.
The activities gap-filler
Evenings, weekends, holidays and the hours between programs: stories, games, crosswords, bingo, music, seated movement and calm digests.
Family visibility
Families get their own portal — send notes and photos, set spoken reminders, follow check-ins. Fewer front-desk calls asking how mom is doing.
Engagement documentation
Session logs by resident: who engaged, how long, mood and a short summary. Exportable to CSV for individualized activity documentation.
Who buys it
Your champion is the activities / life-enrichment director. Your signer is the executive director or regional operator. Marketing directors care because the family portal is a tour differentiator.
Skilled nursing
Long-stay residents with long unstructured afternoons.
Assisted living
Residents who are independent but under-engaged.
Memory care
Reminiscence and gentle recall coach styles, never a test.
CCRCs
One license across levels of care, one activities picture.
Senior apartments
Little or no activities staff — Buddy is the program.

Day one in the building
- 1
Pick the pilot residents
Up to 25 residents. Activities staff choose who benefits most — often the quietest hallway.
- 2
Pair the iPads
Each resident gets a 6-character pairing code. Type it once on the iPad and Buddy is theirs.
- 3
Fill in what matters
Names, hometown, people they love, music they like. Two minutes each — Buddy learns the rest by talking.
- 4
Invite the families
Families are invited to the portal and start sending photos, notes and reminders the same day.
- 5
Review week one
Staff pull the session log: who engaged, how long, mood trend. That log is the pilot review.
Residents use the Keep Company+ iPad app. Staff and families use the web portal.
Rep commission
30%
Year-one cash
Paid on collected first-year license revenue and on paid setup.
12%
Renewals
Paid on each collected renewal year while the community stays licensed.
The 90-day pilot is free, so nothing is commissionable during the pilot. Commission is earned on the paid conversion and on paid setup. Per-seat add-ons are commissionable at the same rates.
Talk track and objections
The 30-second opener
“Your activities team can’t be in every room at 7pm on a Sunday. Keep Company+ puts a talking companion on an iPad in the resident’s room — stories, games, music, photos from family — and it logs every session so you have individualized engagement documentation. It’s not medical and it’s not a call system. We’ll run 25 residents free for 90 days and you decide from the log.”
“Is this a nurse-call or monitoring system?”
No. Keep Company+ is companionship and activities software. It does not monitor for emergencies, does not replace staff or the call system, and is not a medical device. Say that first, every time.
“Our residents can’t use technology.”
They don’t have to. It is a voice conversation — they talk, Buddy answers. No typing, no forms, no menus. Big taps only for games and photos.
“We already have an activities program.”
Good — this fills the hours your program can’t cover. Evenings, weekends, holidays, and one-to-one time for residents who don’t come to group programming.
“What about surveys and documentation?”
Every session is logged by resident with minutes, mood and a summary, exportable to CSV as an individualized activity documentation aid.
“Who pays — us or the families?”
The community licenses it. Family portal access is included for the licensed residents; per-seat add-ons are available beyond the band.
“What if it doesn’t land?”
The 90-day pilot is free, up to 25 residents. If the activities team doesn’t see engagement, there is nothing to cancel and nothing owed.
Never position Keep Company+ as monitoring, fall detection, clinical assessment or a staffing replacement. If a buyer asks for those, say plainly that we don’t do them.
